I have unlocked the very complicated process to do this with almost endless hours of research, reading, endless international phone calls, trips to the vet, and trial by fire. I am a Travel Consultant in the Seattle area and have successfully taken my Service Dog, Tubby, all over the world with me on land vacations and cruises!
