Asbury Park Dog Beach in Asbury Park, New Jersey

Licensed and supervised dogs are allowed on the AP Dog Beach 5/16 to 9/14 in the evenings and early mornings 6pm to 8:30am. Dogs MUST be off the beach by 8:30am. Use Deal Lake Dr beach entrance or the entrance at the north end of Fisherman’s Parking Lot to access the AP Dog Beach – DO NOT USE the 8th Ave entrance from the Boardwalk. Dogs are NOT permitted on AP Boardwalk 5/16 to 9/14. Dogs are not permitted on beaches other than AP Dog Beach during specified hours. Protect our beaches, keep dogs off dunes. Dogs may be off leash on the Asbury Park Dog Beach if properly supervised. Aggressive or uncontrollable dogs MUST be immediately leashed and removed from the area. Dog handlers must always and immediately clean up after their dogs.
